Matter AI

Matter AI brings the power of AI-assisted conversation to your entire Matter, not just a single document.

With Matter AI, you can have a conversation about the Matter, its contents (Documents, Email, Notes), or the subject covered within the content.

Where Document AI lets you have a conversation about one document at a time, Matter AI knows everything about a Matter: its documents, emails, and notes. You can ask plain-language questions, and LexWorkplace will search across all of that content to find the answer.

Improvements to Version Comments

We’ve made two updates to Document Version Comments.

1. In Document Properties > Version Table, we’ve added (back) to the three-dot menu the ability to add a Version Comment.  
   (Prior to this update, users could only add a Version Comment via the Actions menu.)
   

2. We’ve also updated the way Document Version Comments work: Users can now add or edit a Comment to any prior Version, not just the most recent version.
   (Prior to this update, users could only add a Version Comment to the current/latest version of a Document.)

Preview Matter Notes

Documents and Emails have long had the ability to preview (by clicking the eye icon when hovering over a Document or Email within a Matter). Now you can similarly preview Matter Notes (the Notes tab) by clicking the same preview icon.
