You should carefully consider who in your firm should have this level of access. **Firm Admins can:** - See and Access All Matters - Create and Edit Groups - Add and Remove Members to Any Group - Apply Permissions to Individual Matters - Access Private Firm Documents (in addition to Public Firm Documents) - Manage Integrations (including Clio Manage and Litera Compare) - Manage Email/Exchange Settings - See and Manage Shares (Document Sent to Outside Parties) for All Users - Revoke and Resend Shares from Any User - Enable and Configure Document Stamping - Enable and Modify Mandatory Profiling Settings - Add/Remove Other Users To/From the Firm Admins group - Override Document Locks (Documents that are Checked-Out or In-Use) Firm admins also have additional Rights and access, for more information learn about [Groups + Rights Management](/v1/docs/rights-management). ## How to Add/Remove Members of Firm Admins Any member of Firm Admins can add (or remove) other members of the firm to the Firm Admins group. To do so: Navigate to **Settings** > **Permissions & Access** > **Edit Permission Groups** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/cc24f28e-6bf8-4cc0-b7cd-519f8d33e693/Images/Documentation/permission-groups.png) From here you’ll see the Firm Admins group, along with any other groups created by your firm. - Click *Firm Admins* to manage this group. - On the next screen you can add (or remove) any active users in your firm to the Firm Admins group. ## Rights Management As outlined above, adding a user to the Firm Admins Group gives them full access to nearly every part of LexWorkplace. If you wish to give certain Rights to one or more users *without* granting all Rights that come with being a Firm Admin, you can create a new Group and apply the appropriate Rights for that Group. - See: [Groups + Rights Management](/v1/docs/rights-management)
